-DMB是非基于IP的广播系统，随着不同网络的业务逐渐融合，T-DMB也逐渐考虑引入其它网络业务层（如基于IP的业务层，BCAST业务层等）。本文在介绍T-DMB系统以及比较三种封装方式的基础上，给出了一种解决方案，分包传输和流模式来引进基于IP的业务。
-DMB is a broadcasting network based on non-IP. As the interfusion of the services from different networks, T-DMB is considering to introduce services based on IP, such as the service layer of the BCAST. After introduction of the system of T-DMB and comparison of three encapsulation protocols, this paper presents a scheme to introduce IP services in packet and stream transport separately.
