基于OPC服务器的井下气体监测系统设计

本文对煤矿井下气体监测系统中的OPC服务器软件的设计与实现进行了详细说明。设计并实现了用于实时监测压裂过程中巷道变形和离层情况以及压裂设备工作环境中CH4、CO、H2S和O2气体浓度的传感器环境监测节点。阐述了在井下多径干扰及设备噪声干扰影响严重的情况下,OPC技术应用于压裂气体监测系统中的可行性及优越性。根据井下压裂监测系统的应用背景及需求分析,设计了符合煤层气压裂监测情况的系统架构。本文设计的压裂环境监测系统OPC服务器,为实现压裂监测系统与煤矿企业原网络的无缝连接、更好的利用现有企业网络提供了平台。
his thesis describes the software and hardware of video node and sensor nodes for OPC server of underground fracture gas monitoring system in details. Design and implement environmental monitoring sensor nodes for real-time monitoring of tunnel deformation and delimitation during fracture equipment working, and monitoring the in concentration of gas (CO, H2S CH4 and O2) in the work environment. This paper discusses that for the problems in the underground multi-path interference and serious device's noise impact, the feasibility and the superiority of OPC technology applied to fracture monitoring system. According to the application background and needs analysis of underground fracture monitoring system, we design the network architecture of coiled methane fracture monitoring system. Finally, design of the OPC server in underground fracture monitoring system, which is used to provide a platform to build seamless connecting between the fracture monitoring system and the original network in coal, at the same time to better use existing enterprise network.
