多金属条件下的露天矿边际品位指标优化应用研究

边际品位是采矿生产管理的重要指标之一,合理的边际品位既可为采矿生产计划的制定提供科学依据,又能为采矿生产管理者提供相关投资决策分析。本文针对当前多金属露天矿的生产流程,建立了以净现值(NPV)最大化为目标函数的多金属边际品位优化模型,提出了当量品位折算系数的计算方法,然后针对某大型钼钨露天矿,在钼钨矿床品位-吨分布统计的基础上,应用多金属边际品位优化模型进行了品位优化,提出了可行的边际品位指标,既完成了矿山的投资回报,又延长了矿山服务年限,增加了稀有金属矿产资源回收利用。实例表明:该优化模型能够为矿山采矿生产管理边际品位的确定提供科学的依据。

he cut-off grade is one of the important parameters of mining production. It is economical and effective to some extend. The reasonable cut-off grade can provide scientific basis for mining plan and provide investment decision analysis for mining managers. In view of multiple metal open-pit, the paper has proposed that multiple metal cut-off grade optimization model is set using the objective function to maximize net present value(NPV). The method of equivalent coefficient calculation is proposed. Then the method of plan review techniques is used to determine the price of molybdenum and tungsten products in a large open-pit mine. Based on 3D metal deposit model, the distribution of grade-tons is analyzed. The multiple metal cut-off grade optimization model is used to provide reasonable analysis for investment decision and production management. A reasonable cut-off grade is proposed to guarantee investment returns, extend the mine service life, and increase the mineral resources recycling.
