基于AFM图像的分割方法的研究

原子力显微镜(AFM)扫描图像与一般数字图像不同的是它的数据为高度信息。本文针对AFM图像的特点,提出了一种基于内部标记的分水岭分割算法。首先利用LoG滤波器对图像进行滤波并通过二值化得到内部标记图像,然后利用最小标定技术得到外部标记图像,最后使用分水岭分割算法得到最后的分割图像。实验结果表明,该算法能够有效地对图像进行分割,同时又避免了在预处理过程中对AFM图像进行水平校正的过程。

he difference between atomic force microscope scanning image and general digital image is that the data represents the height information instead of gray level. According to the characteristics of AFM imges, this paper proposes a watershed segmentation algorithm based on internal tag. Firstly using the LoG filter for filtering and obtains the internal marker by giving a zero threshold to the filtered image, then use the smallest calibration technique to get the external marker image, finally a watershed segmentation algorithm is used to get the final segmentation image. The experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively to segment the AFM image and also avoid to level the image in preprocessing.
