细集料沥青混合料试件湿度养生方法研究

水损害是我国沥青路面常见的早期破坏形式之一。目前,国内外学者针对水损害的研究和对沥青混合料水稳定性的评价体系都是建立在液态水的基础上,沥青混合料内部存在的水汽运动对混合料造成破坏的现象并未受到足够重视。针对此研究不足,本文提出一种利用不同湿度养生试剂对放置在真空干燥器中的细集料沥青混合料试件进行湿度养生的方法。各个真空干燥器内放置的温湿度测定仪记录结果表明,湿度养生试剂能够很好地控制真空干燥器内部的相对湿度;由高精密天平测得的各个湿度养生试件质量变化趋势符合预期,体现了湿度养生方法的合理性及有效性。细集料沥青混合料的湿度养生为后续利用动态力学分析仪研究不同相对湿度下细集料沥青混合料的疲劳性质奠定基础。
Moisture damage is one of the major premature distresses in China's asphalt pavements. Currently, considerable efforts have been made by domestic and international researchers to investigate the influence of liquid water on water damage, and the water stability evaluation system of asphalt pavements is also developed on the basis of liquid water. However, little attention has been paid to water vapor movemens in asphalt mixtures, which could also introduce damage into asphalt mixtures. This study proposes a newly developed method of moisture conditioning, which utilizes different moisture conditioning reagents to perform moisture conditioning for fine aggregate mixture (FAM) specimens in vacuum dessicators. Each vacuum dessicator is equipped with a temperature and humidity recordor to detect the relative humidity inside it. The measurement result of each recordor indicates that all the moisture conditioning reagents can regulate the relative humidity well. A high precision balance is employed to measure the mass changes of each specimen. The mass changes match well with the expected tendency, which validates the feasibility of the proposed conditioning method. Moisture conditioning for FAM specimens lays a foundation for the study on their fatigue properties at different relative humidity levels by Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA).
