柳叶白前的化学成分研究

目的 研究柳叶白前的化学成分。 方法 采用各种色谱分离手段分离柳叶白前的化学成分,采用波谱学手段鉴定化合物的结构。 结果 从柳叶白前中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:(+)-pinoresinol (1), (-)-neoechinulin A (2), glaucogenin C mono-D-thevetoside (3), glaucoside G (4), glaucogenin C 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-canaropyranoside (5)。 结论 化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cynanchum stauntonii. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods, and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated from the plant of Cynanchum stauntonii. Conclusion Compounds 1~4 were isolated from Cynanchum stauntonii for the first time.
