7个不同生态型龙须草纤维细胞比较研究

采用扫描电子显微镜技术，对7个不同生态型龙须草叶片进行电镜扫描，比较分析了叶纤维细胞的差异。研究结果表明龙须草纤维细胞腔壁比变幅2.29~5.64，刚性系数变幅64.76~86.33，柔性系数变幅13.79~34.62。7个不同生态型龙须草纤维细胞腔壁比差异达到了极显著水平，柔性系数p = 0.059水平上达到了差异，刚性系数差异未达到显著水平。
In this paper，Using scanning electron microscopy, electron microscope scanning on seven different ecological eulaliopsis binata canbe fasten the blade, the comparative analysis of the differences in leaf fiber cells. Research on seven different ecotype dragon straw fiber cell wall than the range of 2.29 ~ 5.64, rigid coefficient range of 64.76 ~ 64.76, the flexible coefficient range of 13.79 ~ 34.62.
