生防细菌类芽孢杆菌生物膜形成的影响因子研究
Impact factor study on biofilm formation of biocontrol bacteria Paenibacillus
目的:为了搞清楚起始菌量、培养基组成以及与其它菌株共培养是否影响生防细菌类芽孢杆菌生物膜的形成;方法:利用结晶紫染色法分别测定了不同起始菌量、不同培养基以及菌株联合培养条件下类芽孢杆菌的生物膜形成能力;结果:在一定浓度下,培养的起始浓度越高,生防菌的生长情况越好,生物膜的形成量也越多;水稻种子浸出液有利于生防菌生物膜的形成,是其生物膜形成的一个促进因素;联合培养条件下,其它细菌无论是生防菌还是致病菌对类芽孢杆菌生物膜的形成都有明显的抑制作用;结论: 细菌培养的起始浓度、水稻种子浸出液以及菌株共培养在类芽孢杆菌的生物膜形成上都可能扮演了重要的角色。
Objective: To make clear whether the initial amount of bacteria, medium composition and co-culture with other strains impact biofilm formation of Paenibacillus or not; Methods: effect of different initial amount of bacteria, different medium, and co-culture on biofilm forming ability of Paenibacillus were measured by the method of crystal violet staining; Result: bacterial growth and biofilm formation increased with the increase of the concentration of starting culture withtin a certain concentration. Furthermore, in general, rice seeds leaching solution is in favor of biofilm formation, however, biofilm formation was significantly inhibited when Paenibacillus were cocultured with other bacteria regardless of biocontrol or pathogenic species; Conclusion: the initial amount of bacteria, the rice seed leaching solution and bacterial co-culture may play an important role in the bacterial growth and biofilm formation of Paenibacillus.
