氧化铜纳米线的制备及其场发射特性
Fabrication of CuO Nanowires and Its Field Emission Characteristics
本文采用水热法在铜片上制备氧化铜纳米线。利用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同生长条件下制得样品的形貌进行表征。结果表明,反应液浓度对所制得氧化铜纳米线的形状、密度、长径比有很大的影响。浓度较大时,氧化铜纳米线直径较小,长度较短,纳米线密度较大,尖端成尖锥状。采用X 射线衍射(XRD)对样品的结构进行分析,确定该样品为氧化铜纳米线。并对其进行场发射测试,浓度较大的样品有较好的场发射性能,其开启场强为2.4 V/μm。
he CuO nanowires were grown on copper substrates by hydrothermal method with varying reacting solution concentration((NH4)2S2O8: 0.04 M, 0.15 M). The morphology and structure characteristics of CuO nanowires fabricated in different conditions were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The field emission properties were also evaluated. The results showed that the CuO nanowires density and length were greatly influenced by concentration of reaction solution. The CuO nanowires prepared in solution concentration ((NH4)2S2O8 is 0.15 M) exhibit higher density, smaller diameter, shorter in length and pointed end of CuO nanowires. And it also shows good field emission properties with a low turn-on field, about 2.4 V/μm.
