靛红及其衍生物研究进展
Research Progress of Isatin and Its Derivatives
靛红（isatin，ISA），是存在于中药青黛、大青叶中的有效化学成分，也是哺乳动物和人体组织和体液中的内源性物质。靛红及其衍生物具有多种生物活性，在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、神经保护等方面的活性具有着重要意义。本文回顾分析了近几十年来国内外对靛红及其衍生物的研究概况，包括来源、药理活性、合成,对该化合物及其衍生物的进一步研究提供参考。
Isatin is an active constituent of traditional Chinese herb drugs, Daqingye and Banlangen, the leaves and root of Isatis indigotica (Cruciferae) and Strobilanthes cusia (Acanthaceae). It is also an endogenous compound of mammalian. Isatin and its derivatives have a lot of biological activities, such as anti-tumor, antiviral, neuroprotective et al. In this paper, the progress in biological activities, its synthetic methods and synthetic application are summarized.
