本文以2,2′-联吡啶为起始原料,经过N-氧化、硝化、卤代、脱氧及硅化共5步反应合成出了一种新型化合物--4,4′-二(三甲基硅基)-2,2′-联吡啶,其中硅化反应是合成中的关键步骤。本文采用了以三甲基硅负离子溶液为硅化试剂,HMPT为溶剂,在室温下与4,4′-二溴-2,2′-联吡啶反应。此方法条件温和,操作简单,产率为30%。通过红外光谱,1H-NMR谱,元素分析等方法表征了产物的结构。

new compound--4,4'-bis(trimethylsilyl)-2,2'-bipyridyl was synthesized by using 2,2'-bipyridyl as the starting material with a novelty 5-step successive process of N-oxidation, nitrification, halogenation, deoxygenation and silicification. We use the method of reaction between 4,4'-dibromo-2,2'-bipyridyl and three trimethylsilyl anion solution in HMPT under room temperature to finish the silicification which is the key step in the process. The reaction condition is mild, the selectivity is excellent and the yield is 30%.The product was characterized by IR,1H-NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
