he Strategies of the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in CBD space planning and design
基于综合防灾理念，分析了CBD主要灾害及其特征，以及规划设计中面临的主要挑战，提出了：高层建筑综合体\\\\\\\"自防自救\\\\\\\"策略，平灾结合的复合空间设计，公众参与的防灾减灾规划体系与应急管理，信息网络平台与生命线系统的优化等防灾减灾对策，以提高CBD安全容量和防灾减灾能力。
IBased on the idea of comprehensive disaster prevention, the article analyse the key characters of the disasters in CBD as well as the challenge in urban plan,and put forward disaster prevention measures to enhance the safety capability of CBD, containing the self-prevent-and -save mean of building syntheses, the space designcompound of safe and disaster time, the public participation in planning system and emergency management, the optimization of the information roof and lifeline system.
