压缩机密封件材质选择试验研究

本文概述了往复式氢气压缩机常用密封件材质和填充材料的选择,并通过单因素实验探讨了进口压缩机密封备件填充聚四氟乙烯材料的国产化可行性,得到了填充聚四氟乙烯自润滑材料各种填充剂的适宜配比,实验表明国产化密封备件具有较好的密封性能,其制得的国产化密封件代替进口密封件,氢气压缩机平均检修周期达7400h以上,证明了其密封性能可靠性。且国产化备件价格为进口备件的一半,性价比是进口密封备件的1.75倍左右,大大地节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

In this paper the reciprocating hydrogen compressor seals material and filling material are summarized, through single factor experiment to explore the localization feasiblity of imported compressor seals made of PTFE material, obtained a suitable ratio of the filled PTFE self-lubricating materials, experiments showed that the localization of seals with good sealing performance, the hydrogen compressors system was made of these seals instead of imported seals, achieved an average repair cycle more than 7400h, proved its sealing performance reliability. And for half the cost of imported seals, the cost performance is 1.75 times of imported seals, greatly saving productive costs and improving productivity.
