etermination of Zolmitriptan in Human Plasma by Liquid Chromatographic Tandem Mass Spectromitry
本文建立了液相色谱-串联质谱（LC/MS/MS）方法测定人血浆中佐米曲普坦的含量。色谱柱：Zorbax Extend-C18柱，5 mm粒径，150×4.6 mm I.D.，美国Agilent公司；流动相：甲醇-水-甲酸（80:20:1，v/v/v）；流速：0.8 mL/min。本方法具有良好的灵敏度、准确度、精确度以及专属性，完全适用于临床应用及药物代谢研究。
n analytical method based on liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry detection was developed for the determination of zolmitriptan in human plasma. Column: Zorbax Extend-C18, 5 mm，150×4.6 mm I.D.，Agilent; mobile phase was methanol-water-formic acid (80:20:1，v/v/v) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. This method is accurate, precise, sensitive and specific to be used in clinic applications and pharmacokinetics studies.
