本文介绍了三维激光扫描技术,提出了将三维激光扫描技术和GPS控制联系起来,通过三维激光扫描技术可获得物体的三维模型;GPS控制测量可提供高精度的平面坐标转换基准,然后利用二维相似变换模型可得到物体在局部坐标系下的平面坐标,将三维激光扫描成果转换到局部坐标系下,并对坐标转换的精度进行了分析。

he paper presentes the technology of 3D Laser Scanning,and introduces to combine it with GPS control surveying. By the technology of 3D Laser Scanning , three-dimension model of a object will be obtained, by GPS control surveying, high-precision plane coordinate transformation datums will be supplied.Then we will get plane coordinates of the object in the local coordinate system using two-dimension coordinate transformation model.The results of 3D Laser Scanning are converting to local coordinate system ,and also analyze the precision of the coordinate transformation.
