对分课堂教学模式下的大学生学习动机及其个体差异研究

学生的学习动机特点,是课堂教学改革需要考虑的重要因素之一,也是课堂教学改革是否成功激发学生学习兴趣的一个判断指标,值得研究。本研究采用大学生学习动机量表(WMI),对参与对分课堂学习活动的陕西某高校和山东某高校共291名大学生的学习动机进行了集体调查。结果表明:对分课堂教学模式下,学习的内外生学习动机均较强,且内生动机要强于外生动机,具体动机由强到弱依次为:热衷性>挑战性>选择简单任务>关注人际竞争>依赖他人评价。另外,学习动机的性别差异并不显著,但不同年级的学生在学习动机及其各个维度上具有显著差异,总体来说大二学生的动机水平要强于大一和大三学生。该研究为未来对分课堂教学模式的实践推进及其理论建构提供了实证证据。

Students\' learning motivation and characteristics are important factors that need to be considered in classroom teaching reform, and also a judgment indicator of whether the classroom teaching reform has successfully aroused students\' interest in learning, which is worth investigation. In this study, a college student motivation scale (WMI) was used to conduct a collective investigation of the motivation of 291 undergraduates in a university in Shaanxi province and a university in Shandong province who participated in the learning activities of the Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion (PAD) mode. The results show that the students\' motivation of internal and external learning is strong, and their internal motivation is stronger than external motivation. The specific motivation scale from strong to weak is as follows: enthusiasm> being challenged>choosing simple task> focusing on interpersonal competition> relying on others\' evaluation. In addition, the gender differences in learning motivation are not significant. Students in different grades show significant differences in learning motivation and in all dimensions. Overall, the sophomores have higher level of motivation than freshmen and juniors. The research provides empirical evidence for the practical promotion of the PAD classroom teaching mode and its further theoretical construction.
