静电纺丝法制备BaFe12O19纳米纤维
Preparation of BaFe12O19 nanofibers via an electrospinning process
利用溶胶-凝胶法和静电纺丝技术成功制备了BaFe12O19纳米纤维,并对其结构以及磁性性能进行了表征。扫描电镜的结果表明纤维的直径为200-800纳米,X射线衍射结果表明向凝胶前驱体中加入硼酸可以使BaFe12O19纳米纤维的形成温度降低到700?C,透射电镜结果反映了纳米纤维是由40纳米左右的纳米颗粒组成的。加入硼酸的BaFe12O19纳米纤维的矫顽力和磁饱和强度分别为 4106.9Oe和17.8emu/g,而未加入硼酸的BaFe12O19纳米纤维的矫顽力和磁饱和强度分别为4615Oe and 56.1emu/g。
BaFe12O19 nanofibers were successfully prepared by sol-gel combined with electrospinning technique, and characterized by structural and magnetic property analysis. SEM images showed that the diameter of the fibers was ca. 200~800 nm. The XRD patterns showed that the addition of boric acid in the sol precursor significantly brought down the formation temperature of BaFe12O19 to 700?C, and the fibers were composed of nanoparticles about 40 nm from TEM results. The coercivity and the saturation magnetization of the fibers with borate are 4106.9Oe and 17.8emu/g and the corresponding BaFe12O19 fibers are 4615Oe and 56.1emu/g.
