高温氟化石墨的半工业化制备与结构及电化学性能研究

Semi-industrialized synthesis of fluorinated graphite and studies of their structural and electrochemical properties

氟化石墨材料是一次性锂氟电池的电极材料,在极端工作条件下具有较好的稳定性及持续性。本文采用汽固相法进行氟化石墨的半工业化制备,通过半工业化法制备具有较高氟碳比的氟化石墨,将制得的氟化石墨通过XRD、SEM等物理化学表征手段进行分析,进一步揭示了氟化石墨结构特征,氟化过程的反应机理及影响氟化过程可控性的因素。

Fluorinated graphite is used as electrode materials for primary lithium batteries. This kind of batteries has a good stability and sustainability in extreme conditions. In this paper, semi-industrialized method in solid-gas phase will be studies and used the semi-industrialized facilities to synthetize fluorinated graphite with high ratio of fluorine-graphite. The structure and electrochemical properties of fluorinated graphite will be then discussed through physico-chemical analysis such as XRD, SEM etc. the mechanism of fluorination process of graphite and the factor influencing the controllability of fluorination can be highlighted .
