粒子滤波算法在TDOA/RSSI融合定位中的应用

随着无线通信技术的发展和LBS(基于位置服务)的盛行,无线定位技术已然成为研究的热点。而在众多无线定位技术中,TDOA定位技术以其精度高、适用范围广的特点受到瞩目。但是在室内环境下TDOA技术同样受到信道噪声等因素的影响,其定位结果的精度和稳定性受到干扰,因此常需要与其他定位技术结合获得更好的结果。因此,通过多种定位方法联合解算的融合定位算法已经成为室内定位技术的研究热点。相对于常用的卡尔曼滤波方法,粒子滤波对于非高斯系统有着更为优异的表现,更能够适应于室内定位中复杂的环境。本文基于粒子滤波的思想提出了一种新的TDOA/RSSI融合定位方法,提高了定位结果的精确度。

With the development of wireless communication technology and the prevalence of LBS (location-based service), wireless location technology has become a research hotspot. Among various wireless positioning technologies, TDOA positioning technology has been getting considerable attention with its high precisionand the feature of wide range. However, because the TDOA technique is also affected by noise interference and other factors in the indoor environment, the accuracy and stability of positioning are always disturbed. Therefore this technique often needs to be combined with other positioning technologies in order to obtain better results.Therefore, the fusion location algorithm based on joint location algorithm has become a hot research area of indoor location technology.Compared with the commonly used Kalman filter method, particle filter for non-Gaussian system has a more excellent performance, more able to adapt to the indoor location of the complex environment. In this paper, a new TDOA / RSSI fusion location method based on the idea of particle filter is proposed to improve the accuracy of locating result.
