白藜芦醇具有广泛的生理活性,在保健品、化妆品等方面有着广阔的市场。而植物提取白藜芦醇受到时间和地域的限制,同时合成生物学的迅速发展使人们更加关注利用微生物合成白藜芦醇。近年来通过在微生物中引入外源基因,成功构建出了白藜芦醇工程菌株,并对其进行了优化改造研究。本文综述了白藜芦醇的生物合成情况并对近年来取得的进展进行总结。

Resveratrol, with a wide range of activities, has a promising market in health products, cosmetics and medicines. At present, resveratrol is mainly extracted from plant, which is limited by time and region. The rapid development of synthesis biology give a new idea for production of resveratrol that is biosynthesis of resveratrol by engineered strains. Recently, resveratrol has been biosynthesis through the expression of plant genes in microorganisms. Moreover, the optimizations of recombinant strains are also investigated. The present work describes the advances of resveratrol biosynthesis by engineered strains.
