本文分析了退火质子交换法制作铌酸锂光波导过程中重要参量对折射率分布的影响;利用有限元法,数值计算了在周期极化的退火质子交换光波导中,准相位匹配倍频的基波与二次谐波的各阶模折射率和模场分布,分析了退火时间和退火温度对模场分布和波导模式数的影响,为周期极化LiNbO3光波导倍频器件的优化设计提供了理论依据。

he paper analysed the effects of important parameters on index distribution in the process of fabricating annealed proton exchanged LiNbO3 waveguide; The mode index and the mode field distribution of fundamental wave and second harmonic wave in periodically poled annealed proton exchanged lithium niobate waveguide are calculated by finite element method and the effects of annealed time and annealed temperature on the mode field distribution and the number of modes was studied. By the analysis the design of annealed lithium niobate waveguide was optimized.
