基于Logistic模型的农村宅基地流转影响因素分析

he research object of this paper is 17 towns 285 administrative villages of Laiyuan county Baoding city. Through the will of the questionnaire survey of rural residential circulation, the paper builds index system containing 9 indicators: the householder age, cultural degree, family size, family income, residential number, residential area, residential age, the township per capita GDP, transportation distance away from the county. Using Logistic regression model, come to the conclusion. The householder age, cultural degree, family size, residential area, residential age, transportation distance away from the county have a significant effect. Family income, residential number, the township per capita GDP are not significant. The positive influence factors are cultural degree, family income, residential number, residential area, residential age, the township per capita GDP. The negative factors are the householder age, family size, transportation distance away from the county.
