深井充填管道输送系统减压技术探讨

随着开采深度的增加,深井矿山越来越多,充填采矿法已显得越来越重要。深井充填管道输送由于充填倍线小,料浆流速大对管道形成了很大的冲击磨损。本文从研究影响充填管道磨损的因素出发,总结归纳出了国内外七种深井充填系统减压技术,并分别阐述了它们的工作原理和实现途径,为深井矿山的充填系统的设计提供了重要的理论依据。

Along with the mining depth increase, the deep well mine are more and more. Therefore the backfill mining method is of great important. According to the abrasion factors of filling pipeline, summarized seven kinds reduced pressure technology of the domestic and overseas and separately elaborated their principle of work and the realization way. This provides important theory basis for designing the fill system of deep level mine.
