风电传动系统关键零部件的制造变量对其失效的影响机理研究进展

关键传动零部件的结构失效问题对于当前大型风力发电装备可靠性有着极大的影响,是近年大型风电装备设计制造基础技术研究的重要内容。本文围绕着近年来国内外在风电装备关键传动零部件结构失效特征及规律方面的研究进展,详细分析了零部件的制造变量对于其结构失效的影响机理,并进而综合论述了多种失效条件共存下的传动零部件可靠性研究方法及其特点。在此基础上,详细分析了目前国内外这一研究中仍然存在的困难与技术挑战,并总结归纳了这一领域未来的技术发展方向。
In this paper, The failures of drivetrain components exert a crucial influence on the reliability of large scale wind turbines. Recent research advances on the features of component structural failure and its mechanism are presented firstly. The impact of those component's design/manufacturing parameters on their failure processes is discussed in depth. Furthermore, some predominant study methods on the mechanical component reliability under co-existing multiple failures are provided. On the basis of above works, the challenges and difficulties in this research are concluded and analyzed, and finally, the future development trends are also predicted.
