造血干细胞的研究进展
Progress in research of Hematopoietic Stem Cell
干细胞研究是一门新兴的学科。经过50多年的努力，造血干细胞的研究已经成为当今生物医学领域中发展最快的领域。文章从造血干细胞的生物学特征入手，介绍了造血干细胞的来源、分离纯化和检测方法、以及“可塑性”等方面的研究情况，并详细说明了一些主要的造血干细胞表面标志。最后，着重阐述了造血干细胞在干细胞移植、细胞治疗和基因治疗等方面的临床应用和前景。
Stem cell research is a new subject. With more than 50 years of experience studying, research on HSC is developing greater than any other field in bio-medical areas today. Beginning with the biological characteristics of HSC, this review introduces the origin, isolation and purification, and the method of identification of HSC as well as the current research on “plasticity”. Some key surface markers of HSC have been elaborated in some paragraphs. After emphasized applies the theory of HSC to stem cell transplantation, cellular therapy and genetic therapy, this article summarized the clinical application prospective of HSC in the end.
