我国注册减肥保健食品现状分析与探讨

In order to understand status of registered slimming functional foods in China, slimming functional foods was searched and analyzed according to the data base from the State Food and Drug Administration website. The results showed that registration of slimming functional foods is mainly between 1997 and 2004, producers are mainly distributed in Beijing, Guangdong, Shaanxi and Shanghai, 85.32% of the products is slimming functional food with single function, dosage form of product mainly includes capsule, tea and tablet, the formula of 66.46% products is composed of 4~7 kinds of raw materials. raw materials mainly include lotus leaf, cassia, hawthorn, Alisma, Gynostemma, tea and L-carnitine, The functional components mainly include carnitine, total flavone, tea polyphenols, total Anthraquinone and total saponins. These results indicated that traditional Chinese medicine was the advantage and characteristic of weight loss health foods,whereas there were some problems, such as low technological content and serious low-level repeat.
