XCR1和Ki67在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression of CXCR1 and Ki67 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma
目的:检测涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中CXCR1和Ki67的表达情况,探讨其SACC发生发展过程中的作用。方法:选取39例SACC患者及10例癌旁正常涎腺组织作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学染色犯法分别检测SACC及正常涎腺组织(normal salivary gland,NSG)中CXCR1和Ki67的表达情况,实验数据采用SPSS22.0进行统计学分析。结果:CXCR1和Ki67在NSG中基本无表达,而在SACC组织中阳性表达率明显增高(61.54%,56.41%),CXCR1的表达与SACC分化程度和神经浸润显著相关(P<0.05),Ki67的表达SACC神经浸润显著相关(P<0.05),与组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。SACC组织中两者蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.335,P<0.05)。结论:CXCR1和Ki67在SACC组织中呈高表达,提示其异常表达是SACC发生的重要机制之一,CXCR1和Ki67可能成为判断SACC病理分级和评估患者预后的潜在生物学参考指标。
Objective:To investigate the expression of CXCR1 and Ki67 in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC) and explore explore its clinicopathological features. Methods:Immunohistochmeical methods were used to investigate the expression of CXCR1 and Ki67 in 39 cases of SACC and 10 cases with normal salivary gland.Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Result:CXCR1 and Ki67 expression could hardly be observed in NSG,but their expression increased greatly in SACC(61.54%,56.41%).The expression of CXCR1 was associated with histological differentiation and neural invasion (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant differences between the expression levels of Ki67 and neural invasion (P<0.05).The expression of CXCR1 and Ki67 in SACC may have a significant correlation (r=0.335,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CXCR1and Ki67 in SACC is high.and their occurrence and development in SACC may play an important role in the process of evolution and metastasis,which may indicate the clinic prognostic significance.
