复杂网络、契合性与城市群空间治理模式 --以长三角城市群为例

Under the background of "Internet + ", "Big Data" and "Cloud Computing", the evolution of the space organization of urban agglomeration is in the new trend of the network, at the same time the concept and mode of space governance of the urban agglomeration needs to adapt to this trend. Based on the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration and using the complex network theory and the improved Gravity Model, this paper found that the space organization of the urban agglomeration has already evolved to social space systems with complex network features, and it is intrinsically fit with space governance: the systematicness of complex network determines the integrality of space governance; the centrality of the node in urban agglomeration embodies the main content of space governance; its "Cluster Structure" constitutes the basic unit of space governance. Accordingly we form three modes. The selection of different modes has point of emphasis respectively according to the different stages of networking of urban agglomeration. We should choose multi-level interactive mode in early networking period, the multi-core coordination model in medium networking period and the cluster governance mode in late networking period. And the cluster governance mode will be the main method of urban agglomeration space governance with a higher level of network.
