miR-483最早于人体新生儿的肝脏组织中发现,其定位于染色体11p15的IGF-2基因内含子内。主要包括miR-483-3p及miR-483-5p两种,两者均在肿瘤中发挥着重要的作用。在某些肿瘤中miR-483表达下调，而在一些肿瘤中miR-483表达下调。因此，miR-483可用于某些疾病的诊断、治疗、判断预后等。
miR-483 earliest found in the liver tissue of the human newborn,it is located on chromosome 11p15 intron.Mainly include miR-483-3p and mir-483-5p,Both of them play an important role in all kinds of tumors.miR-483 expressed down-regulated In some of those tumors ,and in others up-regulated.so,miR-483 Can be used for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of some diseases.
