本文基于教育数据挖掘普遍使用的自变量的调研基础上,结合官方对中高考考试考察学生能力的评价报告建立了客观评价学生能力提升的指标。本文使用北京市学生2011年中考成绩以及2014年高考成绩数据建立衡量学生能力提升的指标,基于分层线性模型研究了以下问题:1)学生从中考到高考的能力提升、学生所在学校的特征等因素对预测学生高考成绩的影响;2)体现学校之间对学生能力的影响差异。研究结果发现,学生的能力提升比单纯用学生各科成绩能更全面的描述学生的特征,提升预测分析的效果。除此之外,模型能够体现学校对学生能力影响的差异,本文用北京市两所高中为例,对比后发现两个学校对学生能力的正面影响各有千秋,而更优秀的那所学校对学生能力提升的负面影响更小。

Based on the investigation of the independent variables commonly used in education data mining and the official analysis report of National Entrance Examination of College(NEEC) and Entrance Examination of High School(EEHS), this thesis establishes indicators that measure student skills change from junior high school to high school and call it the Improvement of Student Skills(ISS). At present most of the independent variables used in the analysis are students\' personal information and test scores, different aspect of student ability examined by test paper is not fully studied. Based on the hierarchical linear model, following questions are studied: 1) Influence that ISS and school features have on prediction of student NEEC performance; 2) Reflecting different influence on ISS among schools. As a result, ISS can describe student better than simply student raw score, improve theprediction result. Apart from that, the model can also display the differen influence that school had on studendt ISS. By comparing two school, This thesis find that the two school each have its own advantages on positive influence on student ISS, however, the school that rank higher has smaller negative influence on student ISS.
