睡眠与大脑一直是脑科学研究的热点问题。本文针对睡眠的前提条件--困觉的产生,提出了一个较为合理的机制模型--“困觉因子模型”。主要内容为“困觉因子”的相对位置和它们周期性活动对它们行使功能的影响,以及对下游困觉的产生机制(例如困觉化学物质的释放)的决定作用。并且通过本模型,尝试对日常生活中人的困觉相关的多种行为和现象,包括药物副作用的产生,等等,做出解释。结果表明,本模型可以较为合适的解释这些行为和现象。推测本模型对困觉机理的进一步研究具有理论指导意义。

he relationship between sleep and brain is always the research interest of life science. This paper gives out a reasonable hypothetical model for the precondition of the sleep---the sleepiness. This so-called “Sleepy Factor Model” mainly refers the cyclic movement of the sleepy factors and their relative position relates their function and regulation of the downstream mechanisms of sleepiness (e.g. the production of the chemical material ). This hypothetical model is also tried to explain the everyday-life phenomenon related to sleepiness including side-effects of some drugs. It turns out this hypothetical model can explain them quite well, hoping this model will be some academic direction to the research of the sleepiness mechanism.
