X射线衍射分析中Kα2去除在Origin软件中的实现
HE REALIZATION OF Kα2 ELIMINATION OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION IN THE ORIGIN SOFTWARE
X光精细特征谱线Kα2的存在,给X射线衍射峰的辨认和峰位的确定带来困难。我们提出一种简单的Rachinger替代图解的修正算法,通过功能强大的通用数据制图和数据分析软件Origin中自带的编程功能,完成了Kα1和Kα2的分离及Kα2的去除,扩展了Origin软件的使用范围,使晶体X射线衍射技术的应用更加便利。
he existence of Kα2 brings about difficulty in making out the diffraction peak and identifying the position of the peak. With the help of Origin which is a data drawing and data analysis software having the function of programming extending, we can realize the aim of Kα2 elimination. So the Origin’s capabilities were extended. Arithmetic we adopt is the most important part in the task, and we adopt the Rachinger substitute graphic arithmetic and its improved arithmetic.
