基于BB-SIR方法的结肠癌特征基因提取

In this paper, new model of refining eigen genes of colon carcinoma, Bhattacharyya-Bootstrap-SIR, was established based on the study of sufficient refinement of eigen genes of colon carcinoma, combined theory of complex data analysis and sufficient dimension reduction. The model, called BB-SIR in brief, is easy to understand and has high rate of recognization. Two sub-colon carcinomas is founded by using the BB-SIR model and the sample data, futhermore we determined the eigen genes of two sub-colon carcinomas. The result showed that BB-SIR model can find the eigen genes of colon carcinma and can specify the two sub-colon carcinomas, the correct rate of recognization is at least as high as 96%.
