t present, with the rapidly rise of third industry in China, the development of tourism industry has become a problems concerned widely. as tourism industry develops in a high speed, the satisfaction of tourism also becomes the focus of scholars. Researches on the satisfaction of tourism are an important element of tourism mangement. By analyzing the key factors, which affect the satisfaction of tourism,and establishing a multi-linear regression model, we take Huludao City as an example to identify and analyze the factors which have a impact on the satisfaction of tourism ,and finally give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about how to improve customers’ satisfaction in the tourism industry of Huludao City.
