草原植物碳水化合物对环境胁迫的响应研究进展

碳水化合物是植物进行各种生命活动的重要能源物质,特别是根部碳水化合物在支持植物再生、耐受外界环境胁迫、维持草原生态系统稳定性方面有重要的作用,但植物碳水化合物的研究多数都集中于地上部分,而根部碳水化合物的研究十分薄弱。本文重点综述了放牧、施肥、盐胁迫对碳水化合物的影响以及研究方法的改进。总的来说,刈牧使牧草根部碳水化合物减少,用以补偿地上部分的损失;高氮会引起碳水化合物从牧草根部输出,用于地上新生物量的合成;盐胁迫一般会导致植物体内积累较多的碳水化合物进行渗透调节。在研究方法上,强调采用快速冻干法与高效液相色谱相结合进行可溶性糖组分分析。各种根部可溶性糖组分和植物根系生理生态学的关系是今后研究的重点方向。

arbohydrates play a significant role in grass’s life: they provide energy for plant growth and participate in many kinds of metabolic reactions. Enough carbohydrates stored in grass roots are necessary for plant re-growth and tolerances to environmental stresses, as well as maintaining the stability of perennial grassland ecosystem. However, most researches focused on plant aboveground organs, such as leaves, and few studies concentrate on the relationship of components of soluble carbohydrates with root biological functions. Land use change and the different kinds of stress have profound effects on root carbohydrates. Generally, grazing reduced roots carbohydrates to compensate for the loss of aboveground biomass, nitrogen supply decrease root carbohydrates for new aboveground biomass formation, and salinity stress caused the accumulation of carbohydrates in plants to osmotic adjustment. In research methods, we strongly suggest rapid freeze-drying and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to be used to analyze different soluble sugar components. Future research can be done to explore the relationship of different soluble sugar components with root bio-ecological functions.
