3,5-二硝基苯甲酸氧化纤维素酯的吸附性能研究

在模拟人体生理介质的条件下,研究了3,5-二硝基苯甲酸氧化纤维素酯(DCNB)对肌酐和尿素的吸附性能,考察了吸附时间、初始质量浓度、吸附剂用量和溶液pH值对DCNB吸附肌酐和尿素吸附容量的影响。结果表明,吸附温度为37 ℃,DCNB (DS=0.93)对肌酐的吸附平衡时间为6 h,在100 mg/L肌酐透析液中的饱和吸附容量为2.974 mg/g;对尿素的吸附平衡时间为5 h,在3 g/L尿素透析液中的饱和吸附容量为14.75 mg/g。肌酐和尿素在DCNB上的吸附平衡数据都能很好的符合Freundich方程,且吸附指数(1/n)均小于1,表明吸附为“优惠吸附”。吸附剂用量对DCNB吸附性能影响显著,随吸附剂用量的增大,DCNB对肌酐和尿素的吸附量均增大,但是吸附容量下降。在pH值5~11范围内,DCNB对肌酐的吸附容量随pH的升高先减小后增大,对尿素的吸附容量则随pH值的升高先增大后减小。
he adsorption property of dialdehyde cellulose 3, 5-dinitrobenzoate (DCNB) for creatinine and urea was studied under simulated biological conditions. The influences of adsorption time, the initial concentration, the dose of adsorbent and pH value on the adsorption of DCNB were investigated. The results showed that when the adsorption temperature was 37 ℃, the adsorption equilibrium of creatinine onto DCNB (DS=0.93) was reached after 6 hours, with a saturated adsorption capacity (AC) of 2.974 mg/g in100 mg/L creatinine dialysate. The equilibrium time of adsorption for urea was 5 hours and the saturated AC of urea was 14.75 mg/g in 3 g/L urea dialysate. Equilibrium data of creatinine and urea both fit well with Freundich equation. The Freundich index (1/n) was less than 1, which implied that the adsorption was preferential process. The dose of adsorbent had a great influence on the adsorption property of DCNB. The adsorption quality (AQ) of creatinine and urea increased and the AC decreased with the increase of the dose of adsorbent. The AC of creatinine first decreased and then increased, while the AC of urea first increased and then decreased as the pH value increased from 5 to 11.
