LEE Error Correcting Codes is one of the common-used phase transparent error correcting code in digital microwave system. This article introduced SLCE(84,81) Code adopted by error correcting encoder and decoder in 64QAM digital microwave fourth group. This kind of code is phase transparent and low-redundant; which give it obvious advantage when implementating. Also, the writer introduced a architecture suitable for FPGA implementation.
