官能团种类对氧化镧表面疏水性能影响的理论研究

近几年来,超疏水材料因为其独特的性能而受到越来越多的关注,稀土氧化物由于其具有良好的本证疏水性能而广泛应用于超疏水材料的制备。在工程应用领域中,常常采用有机物修饰材料表面的方法获得超疏水材料,但人们只限于材料的制备,对其反应原理以及疏水机理未曾了解,尤其是对于含有官能团的有机物。因此,本文采用分子力学的方法研究了有机物碳链以及官能团的种类对氧化镧表面疏水性的影响,发现吸附在氧化镧表面的有机物通过减小其表面自由能而产生疏水效果。此外,9个碳链长度的有机物以及酸性官能团有利于产生良好的疏水性。

In recent years, superhydrophobic materials have attracted more and more attention due to their unique properties. The rare-earth oxides are widely used in the preparation of superhydrophobic materials because of their excellent hydrophobic properties. In the field of engineering application, organics are often used to modify the surface of materials to obtain super-hydrophobic materials, while people are only limited to the preparation of materials, and have no understanding of its reaction principle and hydrophobic mechanism, especially for organics containing functional groups. Therefore, the molecular mechanics method was used to study the effect of organic carbon chain and functional groups on the hydrophobicity of lanthanum oxide surfaces.It was found that the organic matter adsorbed on the surface of lanthanum oxide could produce hydrophobic effect by reducing the surface free energy.In addition,the organics with 9 carbon chain lengths and acidic functional groups are favorable for producing good hydrophobicity.
