IC反应器在废纸造纸废水处理中的调试运行研究
ommissioning and Operation of IC Reactor Treating of OCC Wastewater
利用IC厌氧反应器处理废纸造纸废水,经过两个月的时间通过接种颗粒污泥、投加营养盐、控制ph和进水等完成IC厌氧反应器的启动。通过进一步的提升负荷并连续运行一年半后,IC反应器的运行效果稳定,在进水COD浓度为4000mg/L左右的正常工况下,出水CODcr浓度维持在950mg/L左右,有机负荷为480kgCOD/d,CODcr平均去除率稳定在76%左右,出水VFA浓度稳定在2~4mmol/L,出水的pH值稳定在7.5~8.0。
In this paper it was reseached that the IC reactor was used to treat OCC wastewater, more than two months was used to inoculating granular sludge, dosing nutrients, controlling ph and the influent and then the IC reactor was successfully started up. Through the measure of enhance the load and make it operate continuous for a year and a half, it was founded that the IC reactor was operating stability, during the normal operating conditions, the concentration of influent CODcr was 4000mg/L, the concentration of effluent CODcr was maintained at 950mg/L, the organic load was 480kgCOD/d, the removal rate of CODcr was 76%, the concentration of effluent VFA was stabilized at 2~4mmol/L and the effluent pH was stabilized at 7.5~8.0.
