过冷液体滞止区喷流沸腾临界热流密度的理论研究

本文结合厚液层的Helmholtz失稳理论和喷流沸腾加热表面气泡分布情况及在过冷液体冷凝气泡造成的湍流扰动现象,提出了一个新的适用于滞止区过冷喷流沸腾临界热流密度的理论模型。给出了滞止区过冷喷流沸腾时加热表面的气泡引流的湍流热扩散系数的表达形式,它与加热面和工质物性,加热面表面固液接触角,壁面热流密度,壁面过热度,液体过冷度和液体流速都有关系。推导出了滞止区过冷喷流沸腾临界热流密度的半理论公式,并结合试验数据对光滑铜表面上的过冷喷流沸腾临界热流密度值进行了成功预示。
new mechanistic model of critical heat flux in subcooled impingement boiling on the stagnation zone is proposed in this paper. It is based on the combination of the Helmholtz instability theory of macrolayer and the turbulent diffusion heat transfer caused by the rapid quick growth and condensation of vapor bubbles on the heating surface in subcooled impingement boiling. Theoretical correlation of the bubble deduced turbulent heat diffusion coefficient in subcooled impingement boiling on the stagnation zone is obtained. The physical properties of the heater and the working fluid, the solid-liquid contact angle, the heat flux and superheat of heater, the subcooling of fluid and the fluid velocity all have effect on the bubble deduced turbulent heat diffusion coefficient. A semi-theoretical correlation of the critical heat flux for subcooled jet impingement boiling on stagnation zone is also derived, and the theoretical analysis result is verified by the experimental result obtained on the smooth copper heating surface.
