重金属是海洋环境主要污染物之一。采用鲁氏酵母菌体做成生物吸附剂,研究了不同的重金属浓度、pH和时间对其脱除水体中重金属离子(Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+)的影响。实验结果表明,吸附剂适合处理低浓度的重金属溶液,pH对鲁氏酵母脱除重金属的能力影响较大,鲁氏酵母对Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+吸附的最佳初始pH是5左右,吸附前后溶液的pH发生变化,初始pH值为2-6的溶液在吸附反应后,最终pH值均趋于4-5之间;吸附在较短时间内完成,50min即可达到最大吸附。鲁氏酵母对Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+都有一定的吸附作用,因而可作为生物吸附剂处理含Cd2+等重金属的废水。初步利用吸附剂脱除鱿鱼下脚料酶解液中的重金属,其对镉、铜、锌的脱除率分别为28.36%、19.08%、15.29%。

Heavy metals are major pollutants of the marine environment. Using Zygoaccharomyces rouxii biomass as the biological sorbents, this paper studies the effects of concentration of metal ions, initial pH and contact time on the removal of heavy metals (Cd2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) ions from aqueous solution. The results show that the best initial pH of adsorption of heavy metals is about 5. pH value is changed by Z. rouxii, namely, the initial pH value of 2-6 in the adsorption reaction solution, the final pH values tend to between 4-5. The sorbents is suitable for processing low concentration of the metal solution. Adsorption completes in a short period of time usually 50min to achieve maximum absorption. The removal rate of Cd2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ from squid offal hydrolysate by the sorbents is 28.36%、19.08%、15.29%, respectively.
