外源分泌蛋白调控雄穗分枝数发育的研究进展

雄穗是玉米重要的生殖器官,在生长发育过程中起重要作用,与产量密切相关。雄穗与雌穗在养分消耗中存在竞争关系,雄穗过大会消耗大量的养分,造成产量降低;较小的雄穗有利于提高下层叶片的透光率,加强养分的吸收,有利用提高玉米产量。玉米雄穗分枝数(Tassel branch number,TBN)是一个受遗传背景和环境条件影响的典型数量性状。TBN是衡量雄穗大小的一个重要指标,属于玉米株型选育的重要靶标。分泌蛋白调控用于生殖器官发育的能量的多少以及茎顶端分生组织的大小,进一步影响TBN数目。本文综述了雄穗发育、雄穗遗传及调控雄穗发育的代谢网络。尤其侧重分泌蛋白对分生组织发育及TBN调控的最新进展,以期为玉米TBN的遗传研究提供指导,及为玉米TBN分子育种服务。
he tassel is an important reproductive organ of maize, which plays an important role in the process of growth and development and is closely related to yield. There was competition between tassel and ear in nutrient consumption, and excessive tassel would consume a lot of nutrients, resulting in reduced yield.The smaller tassel is beneficial to improve the light transmittance of the lower leaves, enhance the absorption of nutrients, and improve the yield of maize. Tassel branch number (TBN) is a typical quantitative trait that is easily affected by genetic background and environmental conditions. TBN is an important indicator for measuring the size of tassels and is an important target for maize plant type breeding. Secreted proteins regulate the amount of energy used for the development of reproductive organs and the size of shoot apical meristem, further affecting the number of TBNs. This paper reviews tassel development, tassel heredity and metabolic network regulating tassel development. Especially the latest progress of secreted protein on meristem development and TBN regulation, in order to provide guidance for the genetic research of maize TBN and serve for maize TBN molecular breeding.
