深度学习技术在学生课堂行为识别中的应用现状和发展趋势
Research on the Application Status and Development Trend of Deep Learning Technology in Classroom Behavior Recognition
学习在课堂上的学习行为有助于分析学生课堂投入状态和参与程度,是课堂教学评价的重要组成部分,为教师及时调整教学策略和实施有效的教学干预提供了重要依据。近年来,随着计算机视觉技术和以深度学习为代表的人工智能技术在图像领域的快速发展,基于深度学习的学生课堂学习行为的自动识别备受关注,但是真实教学环境复杂多变给行为识别的效果和质量带来了极大挑战。文章采用文献分析法,对学生课堂行为识别的研究现状以及发展趋势进行了深入探讨。首先,文章归纳了基于深度学习技术的课堂学习行为识别研究要素,分析了每个研究节点中的关键问题;其次,详细梳理了课堂行为识别方法的研究现状,分析当前存在的不足以及未来发展趋势;最后探讨了深度学习技术在学习行为识别中效果评价、可解释性和隐私保护等方向上的发展趋势。
he students\' learning behavior in the classroom is helpful to analyze the students\' classroom involvement and participation. It is an important part of classroom teaching evaluation and provides an important basis for teachers to timely adjust teaching strategies and implement effective teaching interventions. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer vision technology and artificial intelligence technology represented by deep learning in the field of images, automatic recognition of students\' classroom learning behavior based on deep learning has attracted much attention in the field of educational technology. However, the complexity of the real teaching environment has brought great challenges to the effect and quality of behavior recognition. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis to deeply discuss the research status and development trend of students\' classroom behavior recognition. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research nodes of classroom learning behavior recognition based on deep learning technology, and analyzes the key problems in each research node; Secondly, it combs the research status quo of classroom behavior recognition methods in detail, analyzes the current shortcomings and future development trends; Finally, it discusses the development trend of deep learning technology in the direction of effect evaluation, interpretability and privacy protection in learning behavior recognition.
