企业社会责任与企业价值的相关性分析--以医药制造业为例

orporate social responsibility is currently a hot issue in society. The correlation between corporate social responsibility and corporate value has not yet formed a unified conclusion. This paper selected the sample data from 58 companies of Pharmaceutical Industry,which listed in The Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange during 2007-2011, then draw several conclusions after using regression analysis on the correlation between corporate social responsibility and corporate value: in the long term, companies fulfilling social responsibility to shareholders, customers, suppliers and government have a significant positive correlation with corporate value, companies fulfilling social responsibility to staffs has a negative correlation with corporation value, companies fulfilling social responsibility to creditors has no significant correlation with corporation value.
