基于声卡和LabVIEW的水润滑轴承摩擦噪声测试系统

水润滑橡胶轴承具有良好的润滑特性和环境友好性,但是其低速、重载下的摩擦噪声问题亟待解决,而水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声测试方法和系统是解决问题的关键之一。论文应用语音信号处理技术,提出了并构建了一种基于声卡和LabVIEW的水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦噪声测试分析系统。论文详细介绍了系统的软硬件构建和设计,以声卡作为数据采集卡,以LabVIEW为开发平台设计了信号采集与分析系统,通过对一种螺旋槽水润滑橡胶合金轴承实验工况的实验结果表明,该噪声测量分析系统能准确清晰地提取和分析轴承摩擦噪声信号,并能直观地监测橡胶轴承的运行状态,设计的噪声隔离装置也能有效地抑制外界环境噪声。
Water-lubricated rubber bearings have good lubricating properties and environmental friendliness, but their noise issue under the low-speed and heavy load is urgently needed to be solved, and the test method and system is one of key to solve the problem. In the paper, a measurement and analysis system of friction-induced noise of the water-lubricated rubber bearings based on soundcard and LabVIEW is presented using the speech signal processing technology. And the details of the design technology of hard-ware and soft-ware have been introduced, including using the sound card as the data acquisition card and LabVIEW for the design of the signal acquisition and analysis system. The experiments of spiral groove water-lubricated rubber alloy bearings were performed under test condition and the results demonstrated that the measurement and analysis system can not only acquire and analyse the friction-induced noise signal accurately and clearly but also monitor the operation state of rubber bearings intuitively and the designed noise isolation device can also inhibit the external noise effectively.
