基于遗传算法的多道地震信号匹配追踪快速分解
Multichannel matching pursuit for seismic trace decomposition based on Genetic Algorithm
以匹配追踪算法为基础,本文提出了基于遗传算法的多道地震信号匹配追踪快速分解算法。即通过改变搜索最佳匹配原子的准则函数,同时对多道地震信号进行匹配追踪分解,得到被所有道地震信号所共享的最佳时频原子,然后用这些时频原子对每一道地震信号进行重建。针对匹配追踪算法存在计算复杂度高的问题,本文结合遗传算法实现了地震信号的快速分解。对合成地震信号和实际地震资料进行的实验表明,该算法解决了单道匹配追踪算法分解的原子不稳定和重建剖面的横向不连续性方面的不足。
Based on matching pursuit algorithm, Multichannel matching pursuit for seismic trace decomposition based on Genetic Algorithm is put forward in this paper. Namely, through changing the criterion function of searching the best matching atom, matching pursuit for all seismic signals at the same time and get best time-frequency atoms that be shared by all the seismic signals, then reconstruct seismic signals using these time-frequency atoms. Aiming at the problem of high complexity, combining with Genetic Algorithm has reduced the complexity of matching pursuit and realize rapid decomposition of seismic signal in the paper. The experiments for synthetic signal and the practical seismic data of show that this algorithm solves the problem of nonstability of atoms in single matching pursuit decomposition algorithm and improves spatial continuity of profile.
