PVA及叶腊石粉掺量对水泥基复合材料导电与抗压性能的影响
Study on Effects of PVA and Pyrophillite on Resistivity and Compressive Strength of Cement
为提高水泥基材料的绝缘性,通过掺入聚乙烯醇(PVA)及叶腊石粉分别制备了PVA/水泥基复合材料和叶腊石粉/PVA/水泥基复合材料,并测试了复合材料的电阻率和抗压强度。结果表明,在水泥中掺入PVA时,PVA/水泥基复合材料的电阻率随着PVA掺量的增加逐渐上升,电阻率从未加PVA时的4.13×108 Ωocm提高到8 %PVA掺量时的66.54×108 Ωocm,抗压性能先提高后下降,2 %PVA掺量时抗压强度达到19.99 MPa;当在PVA/水泥基体系中掺入叶腊石粉时,叶腊石粉/PVA/水泥基复合材料的电阻率随着叶腊石粉掺量的增加不断提高,而抗压强度呈下降趋势,当叶腊石粉掺量为55 %时,体积电阻率为96.19×108 Ωocm,抗压强度为4.6 MPa;掺入PVA、叶腊石粉的混凝土抗硫酸钠侵蚀能力良好,并且掺入叶腊石粉可以提高试样强度保持率。
In order to improve the resistance of cement based material, PVA/cement, pyrophillite/PVA/cement composites were prepared via adding polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and pyrophillite. The volume resistivity and compressive strength of the composites were measured. It was indicated that the volume resistivity of PVA/cement composites were increased with the adding of PVA from 4.13×108 Ωocm (without PVA) to 66.54×108 Ωocm (with 8 % PVA added). The compressive strength was improved at the beginning, but decreased soon after the content of PVA reached 2 %. When the content of PVA was 2 %, the compressive strength came to 19.99Mpa. Furthermore, with the adding of pyrophillite into the PVA/cement composites the resistivity was increasd, but the compressive strength was decreased linearly. When the content of pyrophillite was 55 %, the resistivity of pyrophillite/PVA/cement composites reached to 96.19×108 Ωocm, whereas the compressive strength was only 4.6Mpa. The resistance of erosion of sulfate of PVA/cement and pyrophillite/PVA/cement composites is also good..
