委外加工中的信任博弈及风险防范措施研究

在委外加工中，委托方和承制方之间存在信任问题，本文探讨了委外加工中委托方与承制方建立信任关系的困难因素，建立了两者的信任博弈模型，并且说明了只有在重复的博弈关系中，以信任为基础的合作才有可能真正建立起来，最后提出了防范委外加工中承制方信任风险的措施。
here are credibility problems between supplier and buyer in subcontract production. In this paper, the difficult factors between consignor and contractor in subcontract production are discussed,and the trust-based cooperation game model is set up between them. It’s demonstrated that the trust-based cooperation can be truly established only in repeated games. The risk countermeasure against contractor are proposed at the end of the paper
