银纳米晶与石墨烯/碳纳米管之间的高温浸润特性

In this paper, the wetting behaviors between Ag nanocrystals and graphene/carbon nanotubes were in situ investigated through an in-situ transmission electron microscope. Ag nanocrystals were found to sublimate and behave as liquid at a temperature far below the melting point. The contact angles between Ag nanocrystals and graphene/carbon-nanotubes represent significant size effect. For Ag nanocrystals have sizes larger than 20 nm, the contact angle is around 124 -125 , similar to that of bulk molten silver on graphite. While for Ag nanocrystals smaller than 15-20 nm, the contact angle represents a gradual decrease with the decreasing particle size.
