中药对断奶腹泻大鼠的生长性能、器官指数和血液生化指标的影响

In order to study the effects of Chinese herbs on prevention diarrhea of weaning rats, the 19-day-old weaning rats were randomly divided into eight groups according to 2×4 factors: control group, antibacterial group, prescription groupⅠ, prescription group Ⅱ with diarrhea treatment included or not. While after the rats in different groups were managed with diarrhea model, the rats were fed with sterile saline, colistin, prescriptionⅠ, prescription Ⅱ in respectively. Then the intake, weight gain, liver index, spleen index, kidney index, small intestine index and serum biochemical parameters in rats were all measured on the 3rd day, 7th day and 14th day. The results showed that prescription groupⅠ and prescription group Ⅱ could increase the intake of 19-day-old weaned rats in significantly (P<0.05), and body weight gain and feed conversion ratio of prescription group Ⅱare more higher than that of prescription group Ⅰ; and the prescription group Ⅰ and Ⅱ can significantly improve weaning rat liver index and spleen index(P<0.05),; prescription group Ⅰ and prescription group Ⅱ could improve the activity of ALT and AST in serum as well as decrease the level of UREA in rats. The colistin has no effects on all measurements. Therefore, Chinese herbs could improve the growth performance and immune function, enhance the Protein synthesis and reduce the Protein catabolism, which is good for the growth of weaned rats.
